Who doesn’t love strawberries?
The bright coloured, juicy, sweet fruit is one of the most popular fruits on the planet.
Not only is it an excellent source of vitamin C and K, it also goes well with a range of desserts such as strawberry flavoured milk, strawberry ice cream, strawberry yoghurt, strawberry milkshake, and also coated in chocolate.
We’ll show you another way to have your strawberry in a healthy drink, the Strawberry Oolong Tea that’s aromatic, smooth, and easy on the eyes.
Step 1. Prepare a bowl of strawberries and cold brew Taiwan Black Oolong
When you begin, you need to cold brew a glass of Taiwan Black Oolong Tea, and prepare a bowl of strawberries.
A bowl of strawberries and a golden brew of Taiwan Black Oolong.
To bring out the best of the cold brew Oolong, use 6 ounces of water (177 ml) with 4 teaspoons of loose tea leaves (4-6 grams), and leave it in the fridge overnight.
Step 2. Mix a few sliced strawberries with ice
You can use a strawberry huller to remove the stem and leaves cleanly, so you don’t damage the strawberries before you slice them into smaller chunks.
You can either slice the strawberries with a knife, or use a strawberry slicer to effortlessly cut them into equal slices.
